Job Description
Preparing Proforma Invoice copy sent to party and after Purchase Order received start to process for dispatch shipment. Knowledge Handling pre-shipment as well as post-shipment document.Responsible for posting of shipping documents under L/C and Purchase Orders. Communicating with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarder for negotiation of Freight rates and Booking space. Preparing Online DGFT applications like MEIS Licence.
