Responsibilities and Duties

Understand and Plan amazing itineraries for our travelers

Manage leads and Itineraries

Convert leads to trips (Revenue) ·

Research about the destination and create unique activities with the help of DMC

Coordinate with DMC for managing deals and promotions

Plan promotional activities,

Online sale days for assigned countries

Help team members to achieve their goals.

Manage daily / monthly performance reports, work on feedbacks

Network with existing and new travel agents.

Compensation: · Salary -60% · Incentives linked to sale targets -40%
