• Achieving the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Making and implementing sales plans
• Alignment with the sales plans and delivering the required output from self Sales promoters.
• Regular reviews and updates of sales and the team s activities.
• Strong coordination with the ordering and logistics teams, ensuring proper product distribution.
• Collection queries customer queries need to handled at from level

• Skill Requirements

• Good team management and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge about the Modern Trade; Food retail sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Must have own vehicle for local market travels.
• Should be willing to travel out of station occasionally.
