Work Profile:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment and handle recruitment for Entry level , Middle and Senior level positions.
- Understand the requirement of the client for both IT and Non – IT positions. – Sourcing and Screening of CV’s through various Sources , job – portals (Naukri and Times) , Social networks and References.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Regular follow up with the candidates till replacement periods.
