2. Understanding the background of the job and its scope.

3. Headhunting / Search.

4. Recruitment through all appropriate Media,Portals.

5. Sourcing & Screening suitable candidates from Job Portals.

6. Arranging client’s interaction and interview with the candidates

7. End to End Recruitment

8. Follow up
