Job Description

1. New Product Development in Natural Cosmetic, Ayurveda Pharmaceutical & Nutraceuticals
2. Standardization of Raw Materials and Finished Products
3. Standardization of Production Processes
4. Maintaining all the reports and records related to Product Innovation Department
5. Checking, Updating, and Maintaining regulatory compliance of products and processes in line with various legal agencies and certifying bodies.
6. Checking, Updating, and Maintaining regulatory compliance of products applicable to different markets.
7. Coordinating with the marketing team to understand the market requirement for developing Need-Based Product Development Plans within timeframes.
8. Ensuring the completion of projects within the targeted timeframe.
9. Reviewing QC reports for Raw Materials and Finished Products
10. Preparing Product Data Sheets, leaflets, and other required documents required for marketing and to comply with legal requirements.
11. Preparing write-ups and scientific presentations related to the products/industry for publishing in websites and other online and print media.
12. Continuous evaluation and continual improvement on products
13. Proactive approach in developing and implementing new concepts in the industry
