Factory Manager

Job Description

1.Overall in-charge of the production in the factory, which involves material planning, production planning & scheduling, deployment of manpower, allocation of duties, manufacturing, QC, packing & product development, mechanization, plant running, and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery, meeting production targets.

2. Creating and Maintaining GMP standards, improvement in the production material.

3.Maintenance of statutory compliances such as the Factory Act, Drug and Cosmetics Act, FSSAI License, and liaison with Fire Dept, Pollution Dept, Excise Dept. etc.

4.Liaison with Govt. Institution and local Authorities – gram panchayat, BLRO office, etc

5. To coordinate with Head office and other departments, identification, and redressal of the problems of individual production dept, maintenance, and analyzing MIS data relating to production, preparation & submission of the returns with the authorities, etc.

6. Assisting other managers in day to day administration all aspects of labor matters including security, store management, enforcement of discipline, dispatch, safety, health hygiene, and cleanliness, etc.

7.Maintenance of Daily Production Report, Raw Material Planning, Monthly MIS, etc.
