To ensure BL Drafts are created with Accuracy to ensure set procedures are followed Import Process – To ensure Arrival Notification Invoices are sent out as per set schedules Export Process is responsible for creating draft bills of lading based on the shipping instruction received from the customer. Bills of lading follow the contract of carriage physically. Terms of the contract of carriage are governed by Bills of lading. Import Process is the last part of the shipping cycle and performs final data check, customs filing, followed by sending off, a notice of arrival to customers. Good Typing Skills Good spoken and written English communication skills Open to work in Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts Qualification Experience Certifications (if any) Import Process – To ensure Arrival Notification Invoices are sent out as per set schedules
