Job Description

Leading a creative team of copywriters.

Conceptualizing communication strategy for the digital & mainline space across all forms: banners, mailers, landing pages, websites, microsites, social media, brochures.

Being able to establish the creative vision & ideating original & award-winning campaigns.

Staying on top of trends in the digital & mainline space to be able to translate that into trendsetting work.

Presenting concepts to clients & playing a key role in pitches.

Ensuring there is smooth interaction between the copy, art, client servicing for implementation of digital campaigns.

Participates in brainstorming for the core idea/ideation that meets clients’ brand objectives.

Assists in developing presentation materials for existing projects and business development needs.

Manage an account or multiple accounts as a creative group head; to provide creative leadership on that specific account and work with the account team to improve the creative output on that account.
