Job Description

• Publish Process Roster through roster publishing software

· Responsible for Real Time ACD Monitoring and managing process SLAs.

· Ensure timely and accurate Process Shift Swaps and shift preferences

· Manage the recording and reporting of leaves

· Manpower forecasting on coordination with Operations

· Monitor SLA to ensure that the same is running at an optimum level

· Maximum utilization of manpower

· Schedule briefings for the teams

· Monitor Roster adherence

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of absenteeism

· Monitor and Track Shrinkage

· Familiarize & Adhere to TBSS information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one’s work.

· Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords

· Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
