Job Description

Legal opinion and vetting of original title documents for mortgage creation in coordination with panel lawyers for Housing Finance, Working Capital, and LAP. Processing of APF files from a legal perspective.

Majorly into title verification of the properties for Home loan, Loan Against properties and Working Capital

Drafting and vetting of loan documents, service Agreements for a Credit card, personal loans, and business loans

Assisting Credit team of the Bank in statutory compliance of Companies Act and RBI regulations

Have Legal Approval authority for all the cases irrespective of the Loan amount for Home loan, LAP and Working Capital

Drafting and vetting of various legal and commercial documents

Providing legal opinion and vetting of original title documents to ascertain their suitability for mortgage creation in coordination with panel lawyers for both LAP and Commercial Purchase

also involved in drafting and vetting of various legal and commercial documents as required by the company.

Job Role:

Will have both Litigation and Non Litigation matters
