Job Responsibilities –
- End to End Recruitment which will includes
- Sourcing, Screening, Speaking to the screened candidates.
- Sourcing through various portals Naukri, Monster,Times, Linkedin , Payroll, Back end Hr ETC.
- Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates.
- Regular follow up with the candidates till they join.
- Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Interview schedules.
- Require Skill set
- Any Fresher / Experience with Good Com Skill
- Interested to grow in HR or Recruitment field
