Job Description
1. End to End Recruitment which will include
2. Sourcing, Screening, Speaking to the screened candidates.
3. Sourcing through various portals Naukri, Monster, Times, Linkedin, Payroll, Backend Hr ETC.
4. Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates.
5. Regular follow up with the candidates until they join.
6. Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Interview schedules.
