General Manager

Job Description

As the General Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for mixed-used developments. Your responsibilities will be to look after the on-site operation team, full P&L management, and human resource management which including the Customer service team.

The GM will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s strategy supports the business’s overall goals and objectives. You will ensure proper measures of high quality results are continuously achieved. The GM will provide great leadership, clearly communicate and articulate the vision and mission to all levels of the Company while also further establishing the company culture
The GM will lead Operations, Implementations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality functions.
