Aviation & Grooming Trainer

Job Description

1. Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan

2. Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time.

3. Ensuring the course is finished as per the session assigned in the beginning.

4. Take a written test as per the schedule and share the report with Operation Team & management.

5. Conduct specialized training on Makeup & fashion trends, Grooming, business & social etiquettes. Also, enhance the Visual persona of trainees through correct dressing and proper grooming.

6. Identifying and help imbibe their personal style through appropriate and confident body language.

7. (a) Conducting workshops regarding interviewing skills and job search techniques.

(b) Guiding the candidates about dress code, interview protocols, code of conduct, effective communication, and the importance of portraying a positive image.

(c) Ensuring all students communicate in English only & ensure they are in proper uniform.

8. Minimize slippage and will be organizing & conducting various placement drives. To be effectively prepared for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend curriculum-related workshops, training sessions, and seek clarification, if necessary.

Required Candidate profile

• Required Industry/Academic training Experience
• Experience in similar institutions
• Must have a flying experience both Domestic as well as International
• Great communication.
• An able mentor and motivator.
• A coach with a great proactive approach.
